“Alarm bells! Not received eminem ticket”

I bought 1 eminem ticket for my little sister to join me and my friends that got our original ones of ticketmaster, it's exactly 7 days before the concert and the ticket hasn't arrived? The bank is covered to give us back our £107.00 if the ticket dosent arrive? I'm worried to buy another one incase it arrives but looking at these reviews I doubt it will,
