I paid for same day delivery and the delivery was not made. A day later and 40 minutes of being on the phone with them, it took to get a refund issued. They tried to offer me 50% refund of the order price, not the order total (and the shipping charges were high), which was only about $10.00 and have the order redelivered 2 days after Mother's Day, that's the best they could offer. Their excuse about why the flowers weren't delivered were a joke. They tried to blame it on a florist in the area of delivery. I ordered through them at "SendFlowers" not a local florist. If the refund doesn't show up on my account, I guess I'll dispute with Paypal. This was the worst flower delivery attempt ever. Their website even says "Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed" - what a joke!
