The recommendations are good but people don't keep them up and won't look them up. No point in wasting time on coding for that. For Sale and Free is used to advertise businesses, but Nextdoor doesn't bother with that. What they do is keep rules on certain posts, that are basically moot when they created the interest groups, but still can't think far enough ahead to change the rules so they make common sense. On top of that, said rules will be defended rather than answering the illogic and fixing the problems.
They've left leads who work hard to get stabbed in the back. If you aren't a favorite, then you're toast. Basically any type of entity that has favoritism, that should tell you about this area.
They don't appreciate hard work. Leads quit doing volunteer work when you're back stabbed. You can't leave people to the wind in their own neighborhoods without word getting back to others and the whole system backfiring. With all the money made, they could pay people but are too greedy since they're looking at Mo Money Mo Money Mo Money.
