Don't waste your time and money shopping here. I placed an order and paid for shipping on 1/16/21 and sight continued to ship items were ready to ship. On 1/25, they supposed shipped left warehouse to FedEx and then that has been it since. After numerous emails & a call, I'm told FedEx handed it off to the post office and they can't track it. So I'm now supposed to wait another week to see if I get my items. Not acceptable. I can't cancel for a refund until then. Also not acceptable. So now I just wait! This is the 2nd order that I've placed with them on the last few months and this happened that time, too. I got to order after weeks of waiting. I won't be shopping with Lakeside Collection ever again.

If I could give them zero stars for their review, I would. DON"T USE THEM! It was nothing but incompetence and aggravation right from the start. We had decided to get some additional life insurance for myself and my husband. Once they processed the applications, they added my checking account to someone else's policy and we have been paying for him. I've been trying to get the refunded money back since the June. I've called multiple times and no one can do what they say they'll do in giving us back the money. I'm currently on the phone with the same rep that I spoke to on July 9th (today is July 20th) and he's not giving me much as far as help. I had to put a block on my checking account so that they wouldn't charge us anymore for this other person's insurance. Yet they are still charging my account. Multiple calls and multiples days of aggravation and I'm still not getting a refund. Who do you have to call for help? Now he tells me I have to take the stop off of my account in order to get a refund. REALLY? And what so you can charge me again? I'm posting this review on every website that I can to let everyone to stay away from AAA Life Insurance. I hope to get this resolved soon.

First time user of Booking.com and it is my last. We thought they were reputible and did their homework when choosing which hotel to represent. Well, they don't and don't reinburse you when the hotel is horrible. We prepaid for a 4 day stay and the hotel was the worst. First on walking into the place we were greeted by a bad damp mildrew smell. Then there's an elderly homeless looking man sleeping in a beat up old couch in the lobby. He gets up and starts following our friends around mumbling to himself. No lights in the bathroom were working and it recked of urine. Half of the outdoor lights didn't work as well as the overhead sign. I could go on and on. We couldn't even check in because of the conditions. My bad for not taking pictures! And now we can't get any of our money back. So buyer beware and don't trust them because they don't care.

This app is horrible. I wish I would have found this site and read the reviews before I wasted my time posting. I get so many people asking if something is still available and then once I respond, never a word is said again. How do you deal with these chatters? I did sell 2 things but nothing else. Not worth you time and efforts.
