I received one of my packages but I'm still missing one. I used the tracking number and it shows "in transit" but it doesn't state where in transit it is. Although I got a response from Open Sky via "sitejabber"" I have never gotten a response from the other 7 emails I sent Open Sky.
Also, customers need to know that some of the clothing comes from China, so the sizes are not the same as American made clothing. I wear a 10 in American made brands but I did order a size up (Large) because there was no chart specifying sizes. The large just fits but I'm afraid that when I wash them and they shrink they wont' be any good to me.
Also, I find it interesting that Open Sky doesn't have a place that customers can make comments on their website. I think this would be extremely helpful.
