Yes! Very rudely stating, "OOPS, something went wrong"! You right it did. Cancelled an order for my daughter birthday cake and Mexican dinner 3 hours before delivery. I was livid, to say the least! AND, I had already paid for the spread IN FULL! Ordered a week and a day in advance, where do you get a Mexican dinner for 10 and a gourmet Mexican birthday cake in 3 hours, anywhere? Well I did, thank God and my daughters birthday went off without a hitch. I will NEVER use Grubhub ever again, nor will I ever refer them. Very unprofessional, rude and not people-friendly, to say the least! Please, I pray I get every penny refunded... AS PROMISED! GOOD RIDDANCE
