I would give a zero if I could! Order in May had a missing item. Order in June has a missing item ($100!) told they would ship it via shop runner - would arrive in two days. One week after, order of missing item hadn't been placed/shipped. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied request. Asked to cancel and get refund for item - it would take them 45 minutes, with a "narrow window" to cancel, so likely not able to... The customer service representative was rude and condescending.
