Placed an order with these guys via Sears.com three weeks ago. I got an email reply two days after I ordered saying they no longer sold the item and that *I* needed to call and cancel. I called. No answer. Voicemail full. Again. Again. Again. For three weeks, twice a day. Got an email with an alternative phone number. Nobody answers. No response to MULTIPLE voicemails. The only email replies you get are automated and nobody ever responds.
Avoid this company like the plague.
