“Horrible Customer Service”

I was supposed to receive a refund but kept getting the run around from customer service. After several emails back and forth they said someone from the "store team" would contact me. This was back in November 2018. I never heard from anyone from the "store team" and wasn't refunded my money. Horrible customer service and company!
