Inquired about "Balance Transfer" offer. One MUST call CS to give other credit card info over the phone to do this, and per CS rep, could take up to 30 days. So why not include convenience checks like real credit card companies do? Saves a LOT of time, and what a hassle! Probably won't use these cards now. Seems fishy from the start. Of course, this company was formed by former Capital One and Bank of America executives... makes one wonder... why they are no longer employed as executives...

Purchased Dome cam... looks like a 3 year old put together. No wifi consistency, terrible pics of yellow, blue and purple. Cam turns, pans... CS... where? Rated one of the WORST cams by America. Maybe this company should sell out to... BlockBuster video... I held a rally against their cams... and blew this junk to kingdom come... nice crowd.

Sent some type of part, brass, to fit aluminum device... are they nuts? Requested RMA per their link... sent 2 emails... no one answered 7 calls I made. My credit card placed stop payment. 4 weeks later... still no answer from crooks. Shop elsewhere.
