Received a faulty item. Firstly 'Dave' said he would send out new parts... arrived a week late! Item was no longer fit for purpose as the work had passed and a new item had to be purchased elsewhere to complete the job. Emailed and called 'Dave'... no reply (very disrespectful). Still waiting for a response a MONTH later... and a refund!
I would NOT recommend SGS and especially not 'Dave'. Extremely poor customer service.
