“Worst Customer support”

I was looking for the name correction. I tried to contact the customer care number(*******467) provided in the site. To my bad luck i couldn't able to reach out any customer care officers. Also i have sent an email too. I am not sure how to cancel the ticket and book on another airlines site itself.

Hi Venkat, of course we can help you with your name changes. Airlines have different policies for these changes. Please send us a mail to customer.service@travelgenio.com with your booking information and the changes you need to make and we will ask the air company if it is possible and if there is an extra fee.
