Their app is a joke. Things do not update form the app to the website and whenever you get stuck on the app their response is try it on a PC. The customer service reps are completely incompetent and unable to understand even basic principles such as if the seller will not provide a return address the thing they sent cannot be returned - they still "close" these disputes even though the sellers don't respond to their emails either. I strongly recommend you not use AliExpress. There a few good vendors but the lack of actual buyer protection is a joke. They are the reasons the stereotype of unethical Asian businesses persist!
