I received part of my order but one item was missing. I contacted the company via email and was told they could not credit me for the item not received, nor could they send me the missing item. I was told they would give me a "discount code" to reorder the item myself but they would not cover shipping charges. Who ever heard of such a lame policy for a mail order company? Though the website says "MEDIFINO.US", don't be fooled. This is not an American company.
