Lots of experience! And I'm very keen on telling all the stuff that happened to me that I've suffered from, spent a great deal amount of time trying to get by a lost money because of incompetent, unreliable, sometimes lying or uncaring companies. I wish I could stop it all from happening to other people.

They take NO RESPONSIBILITY whatsoever for THEIR MISTAKES in delivering.
They simply always leave my packages near the garage door facing the street et put them right under a sign stating in both French and English that it is a NO SAFE DROP ZONE and to deliver to the MAIN FRONT DOOR. This is now even indicated in my permanent civic adress. We insist on this because of several thefts that occurred in my neighborhood. Still, when I contacted Purolator with explanations and pictures, they are NOT RESPONSIBLE and wrote me to SOLVE THE ISSUE with the SELLER
Government employees, it says it all as far as I'm concerned. Incompetent, unreliable and treat a customers like an idiots!

Bought 2 items of closing on July 31st, 2021. Neither the fabric nor the size were of quality and as described. I returned them (US warehouse adress) at my own expense and I keep sending emails asking for my refund. They simply ignore me. TOTAL LOSS. When it is too good to be true, it is. Floryday is one these Chinese companies attracting customers with great prices for which you receive pieces of crap. You never get your refund!

Tip for consumers:
They claim full refund upon products return. I returned both items in original packing. NO REFUND YET. I PAID for items, shipping, return fees and it was a TOTAL LOSS FOR ME.
