I placed order in January 9 (Order number*******) which cost me 63,86 EUR + 11,04 EUR shipping. Until now, that means more than 4 months, I never received the articles I ordered. I sent many emails to New Chic customers services to ask if these articles are out of stock, please just refund me simply, but so far NO ONE had a little answer to my questions! Really poor service and no respect at all. Is it a theft?
