I recently joined the Morphe Me monthly subscription on liveglam.com and love it! I did have some type of error with my account and they had charged me, but I had not received anything in the mail. I waited twenty days to be sure and then contacted customer service. They replied the next day and set up a shipment for me and recommended cancelling the first account then creating a new one. I did just that and have a working account and received my first package I never received, as well as the next month I paid for! Love the brushes I receive by the way!

I joined Ipsy in November of last year and have had no problems! I always receive my package, they charge on the first just as they said they would, and I have not received damaged items. People complain about the items they get, but I like that I get new things that I haven't tried or wouldn't think to try! Why join if you're gonna complain about getting samples when you know you are gonna get RANDOM samples?!?! But I enjoy it and I recommend it!

I ordered a dress in a size Large, since I usually am a size large... and couldn't even get it over my breasts. :/ I then looked at the size chart and come to realize that according to this site I am an XXL... but that isn't even an option in the scroll box when picking a size... do not recommend unless you're really tiny or buying anything other than clothes!
