I switched from ATT to Spectrum Business. The service was terrible. We were constantly having to reboot the internet. They increased my bill substantially the second year with no warning. I switched back to ATT - with ATT telling me not to call Spectrum because they would immediately shut down my lines and I would lose my telephone numbers. ATT explained when they called Spectrum, Spectrum would automatically close my account. They did not and kept billing me even larger amounts than before. I am refusing to pay because it is wrong. I would not use Spectrum for any reason ever again. We have no issues with ATT. I hope this review saves some other business my grief.
