“Poorly made product, run around customer service”

Product broke with intended use and within days of arrival. Shipping took almost 2 months. Customer service gave me run around refusing to refund since I was one day past their ten day return window. Oh did I mention 10 days never stated anywhere? Not on site not on receipt. Buy on Amazon.
