I have never had an experience like this with any online company. I paid for three items but only received two. I messaged the company and received a nonsensical reply to send a picture of the items I received in error and I would be sent a prepaid lablel to send the items back. I again explained my issue only to get the same response. I sent a copy of my invocie and still have not gotten any assistance. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. It's pointless to try and get help with your problem from their customer service. Dear customer means nothing to them. Never again, House of Beauty World.

Tip for consumers:
Please know that there seems to be a pattern of this company not delivering all of the products ordered. I am sorry that I did not research this company priro to placing my order. I have found so many reviews about their poor business practices after my experience with them. It is very frustrating to have a company deliberately not respond to your issue. They seem to purposely avoid assisting you with a problem they created. I won't be dealing with them ever again.

Products used:
I ordered three products, but only received two. I was pleased with the hair rinse and leave in conditioner products I received. These were items I have used before and felt comfortable purchasing them.
