I have never had an experience like this with any online company. I paid for three items but only received two. I messaged the company and received a nonsensical reply to send a picture of the items I received in error and I would be sent a prepaid lablel to send the items back. I again explained my issue only to get the same response. I sent a copy of my invocie and still have not gotten any assistance. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. It's pointless to try and get help with your problem from their customer service. Dear customer means nothing to them. Never again, House of Beauty World.
