It is so frustrating having to use this site for classes. It is CONSTANTLY crashing and often very slow. Sometimes it will say your answer is wrong, and if you input the same answer later in the day it will be marked correct? Additionally, some of the information needed to solve problems is not pertinent to the chapter or completely absent from the textbook (I've been using this program for physics). Some problems will mark you wrong if you are off very slightly, EVEN IF YOU ARE MORE ACCURATE THAN THE ANSWER THEY PROVIDE. For example, I solved a problem correctly but did not receive credit they had rounded the answer so much. This wouldn't be an issue if they at least explained how many decimals to round to, but even following significant figure rules does not save you from their poorly designed program. Once the customer service page was "fixed" to what I guess must be the best of their ability I contacted them about this problem and they simply told me that if i thought the problem was incorrect to tell my professor. I didn't say the problem was incorrect! I simply asked that they specify how they want the answer rounded just so I don't lost 5% every time I'm checking if I need to round to one significant figure or 20.
