I have booked various flights throughout the last two years with them both international and national. Currently I am located in South America.

I would tend to agree they always have the best prices even if by a few dollars it's always the cheapest offers I see out of all similar online companies.

That being said there is definitely a lack of customer care professionalism at times and to be so blunt a lack of proper training. Their internal system is also a bummer as just today I booked another flight and had to argue roughly 5 minutes with the operator to get them to honor the quoted price on the site.

So far with Cheap O Air there have been no trip ups in my experience. I truly hope to always avoid this low standard of service and quality specially as I am already booked for my next flight.

Fingers crossed I would recommend this site. That's one customers opinion.

I took a trip from Hamburg to Amsterdam via this airline in February of this year (2017).

My original flight was ok as it let me check in all was fine.

On my return flight which I may add had extreme importance as it was set to get me back to Germany, for an international flight home the next day (South America). Upon trying to check in the airline website was lagging and not helpful with dead ends and 0 simple navigation options to get me assistance.

Arriving at Shiphol, what seemed like all other airlines had counters except for mine. Ran over to the digital check in modules there was no Eurowings there either.

By the time an Aero Mexico representative assisted me from the upmost panic she saw me in. A supervisor came out to speak with me informing the flight had been closed. When in fact there was a solid 55 minutes before the flight departure, not to mention had no check in only carry on, plus the 30+ min spent looking for assistance.

In the end I missed my flight and the rude airport supervisor dude sent me off to a random counter to speak with a third party company about the missed flight as Eurowing had no counter of their own.

To wrap this up being EU and thanking my lucky stars I was able to catch a train only 6 hours to Hamburg, missed the final night and no show on all my accommodation plans ext...

Been using this website almost since it's launch and have found amazing quality for price deals time and time again.

I suggest looking at all the details carefully. Choose good places in nice parts of where yo are travelling trying to always read the reviews and stay in contact with the host.

There will come a time things are a little shady or even ghetto.

Have booked all ranges on this site from my backpacker trip around Europe to my 5 star resort in Punta Cana.

Highly recommend this site. For hotels it is very good pricing from what I have researched.
