“Very bad verification experience”

My account was blocked without any notice. And when I got in touch with the support team, they repeatedly asked for the same information multiple times to verify my identity. They wasted 10 days of my business time which delayed my operations. They could have done it in a single shot in a single day. Instead they prolonged this by asking one thing at a time instead of asking all the info they need in a single go.
