It is absolutely complete outrageous. I ordered boots on 9/17 and they are have not reached me. And oh yes, Customer service does not see anything wrong with that, the opposite! Person on the phone tried to convince me that they are sooo valuable and popular because of their deals! Gosh, how can they forget that time is one of the most valuable things these days..
