Registered in various tours and travels as a single adult wanting quotes
From them for a 8 nights and 9 days package to orissa. Ritual Holidays
Representative on calling was told by me clearly that only I would be

2nd March 2019 starting at 11 AM and coming back to Delhi on 9th March

Nowhere mentioned an amount of Rs ******* to be paid by me for two adults
Including me. They had just mentioned the amount of Rs ******* to be paid
For a single adult. This gave the clear impression that some other

When I pointed about this discrepancy of paying the balance amount charged
For two persons instead of just me, Ritual Holidays said that they had
Clearly mentioned in their first email that the package is for two
Persons and so I should have understood their finer print. Nowhere had
They in any of their emails sent request for the total amount of Rs ******* to be
Paid. Had they done this, I would have immediately corrected them. When
I asked for the refund of Rs 6500 made by me due to their
Misinformation, they flatly refused saying that their payment terms and
Conditions clearly say the minimum amount to be foregone while asking
For cancellation. They also said that they I can take any legal recourse
Or file an FIR against them for getting the paid amount of Rs 6500. It
Is not cancellation but for the misunderstanding they created from the
First instance.

Please see that they don't cheat customers like me in future and also make them pay my hard earned money of Rs 6500 paid to them.
