It betrays its account holders - Dear Sir,

I opened three accounts with them for 1000 USD each during Dec'08. Unfortunately the site started malfunctioning and ultimately closed on 28 Dec'08. Since then, the website www.aimtracers.com has been opening with information displayed on it- "The website is under maintenance." Later on, I tried to access my account through www.aimtracersonline.com, but this website also encounters problem and the access is denied (Login failed) as and when I wish to access my account despite correct account number and password. After a few days, the website www.aimtracers.com opens with information displayed on it, "This is the main website of www.aimtracers.com and it is currently under maintenance." Another website www.aimtrackers.com which has the same look and design, claims to be the alternative website for www.aimtracers.com. It shows even latest news dated 01 Feb'09 and 16 Feb'09. This site was also tried by many Indian account holders but it proved to be helpless. Also we feel threat to our passwords. YOU ARE HUMBLY REQUESTED TO CHECK THIS WEBSITE WWW.AIMTRACKERS.COM.
However, on 14 Mar'09, I logged on to www.aimtracers.com but the page did not open. When I opened www.aimtracersonline.com, a pop up emerged with information regarding 2nd anniversary promotions. The NEWS option contains the information that the website www.aimtracersonline.com is the official alternate to www.aimtracers.com. Having thought that the website has started functioning, I tried to access my account through www.aimtracersonline.com but it did not work and again the same problem (Login failed) occurred despite correct account number and password.
There are a lot of people from India who have their accounts with you, but all of them are in dilemma and forced to feel betrayed. Most of them fear loss of their hard earned money, because neither there is any response from you to the e-mails sent by account holders from India nor we are able to get any authentic information telephonically since only a recorded message is heard on the phone number provided by you in the "Contact us" option of your website.
There are many Indians who have their account with you but none is able to access to his/her respective accounts despite correct account numbers and passwords. Despite the website under maintenance, there are many persons interested in opening accounts with you, but I am not able to get there account opened because the transaction required to activate ones' account can't be done without e-money transfer which is impossible unless an active account holder is logged in to his/her account. Moreover, when an application is submitted for opening of account, it asks for up-line information, but when the reference is given it says that this account number or any information regarding the same up-line does not exist. It adds more to our stress.
Many of the account holders in India including me believe that the website is actually down for maintenance and it will resume online very shortly with its enhanced version. But I have personally sent many e-mails to you seeking query regarding the resumption of online services but I am sorry to say that none of those have been responded till date. The persons who opened their account and got the same activated on or during 12 Dec'08 to 27 Dec'08 could not enjoy any profit till now as the access to the account cannot be made.
In view of above, you are requested to notify as to when the uninterrupted online services will be made available to account holders in India or how long will it take to complete maintenance and up-gradation of website? Also you are requested to tell about the procedure for Indian account holders if it has been changed, because your NEWS section states that you have some private websites for some special countries or regions but no account holder is permitted to login in those websites without any prior notice from you. Is it applicable for Indian account holders too?
I hope you understand the condition of account holders in India and would certainly respond to this e-mail to help us get rid of mental stress we are subjected to.

The website assured all of its account holders in India to give 10% return fortnightly, but it betrayed its account holders in India and the website has gone unfunctional in India since 28 Dec'08. Since then, all the account holders including me, made many complaints and requested a lot to the company through e-mails to look into and clarify but no response has been given by the company to anyone in India. All the Indian account holders feel to have been fooled and suspect that the company has eloped away with the money invested by the Indians. We are not able to find any platform or authority to whom the complaint may be forwarded for necessary remedial actions and recov ery of invested amount. I, on behalf of all the account holders in India request you to do the needful.
