Booked a trip to India in March. In October 2019 we were informed by e-mail that 1 flight was not confirmed. In November 2019 we were given the option between 2 other flights. This also turned out not to have been confirmed the last minute. Travelgenio has no other flight for us and they said we will get the money back from the tickets within 3 months. Exactly at 3 months we receive an email that we do not get the money back. We are talking about 2550 euros here. We want our money back. If not, we will take steps. If necessary media and press
