Impossible to get a hold of the right person on the phone, ironically. AT&T customer service is OK once you get them on the phone. Their website is also impossible to log in to.
Tip for consumers: Frankly there aren't a lot of other options out there unfortunately.
AT&T Small Business is a joke. Their services are expensive, hard to use and their customer service is impossible to get a hold of. You can't cancel services online, you have to call them and wait on hold forever and also their phone hours are not convenient. I wouldn't use them again if I had a choice.
Tip for consumers: Find a VOIP or other low cost provider.
