Unlike Udemy, Simpliv do not provide captions. This effectively excludes anyone who is deaf from taking part in their courses. I'm not sure what the law is in the United States but here, in Europe we have the European Disability Strategy. Here is the first objective:-
Accessibility: make goods and services accessible to people with disabilities and promote the market of assistive devices.
