First of all, up till this issue with TWO vendors (who I suspect is the same but set up two different storefronts as the return address was the exact same).
The item sent to me were not as described, one was too small, one was too big.

Getting ahold of the sellers was difficult, the sellers basically using cut and paste responses rather than actually answering questions.

After raising a dispute, and the seller AGREEING to refund me shipping costs, I agreed to send back the items.

I advised the sellers and tried to communicate with them REPEATEDLY advising them that shipping costs were exorbitant and NOT getting a response, I reached out to DHGate via chat at least 3x, all three (possibly more) times being assured to just send the item as the seller had agreed to pay for shipping and not to worry that DHGate would refund the shipping "NO PROBLEM".

Just to provide some perspective, this entire thing started about 04-April-2017 the items I was returning was
$7.70 USD, shipping was $68 USD
And $10.06 USD, shipping was $63 USD

Right before paying at the post office, I contacted DHGate again, and again I was assured just make copies of the shipping and receipts and that I would be refunded "as soon as the seller takes receipt" of the items.

The sellers receive the items May 10,2017... I was refunded the minuscule amount of $7.70 USD and $10.06 USD on May 13,2017... no sight of the $131 USD in shipping I am owed.

I have e-mailed at least 3x, they keep telling you further and further dates... and then FINALLY I get told for the FIRST time ever... that they cant refund until there are funds in the account of the seller.

You would think that all the assurances of "No problem" DHgate wouldve frozen funds once the sellers agreed to reimburse shipping (they would know this as I kept emailing both the sellers AND DHgate the ridiculous cost).

So now I am left with no recourse as Ive just been assured (like the last 3x) that "the matter will be escalated" but unfortunately, they cant give me a timeline... which is a drastic change to refunded "as soon as the seller receives the item"

Dont get me wrong, there are some vendors which are excellent... but then again, I didnt have to return anything. I have no clue if it would be the same problems returning.
