I really don't know what to say! Careless?! Or they just through some lies and close the cases? I've been through two scenarios with this online shop. They don't even care about their loyal customer. They cancel the shipment whenever they want giving an excuse that I didn't reply to their call!? While they are having my email address and my shipment details!? I'm shocked. This is not Naked wardrobe, this is all about their customer service, the communication level. Now I'm happy because they are blocked from one of the biggest famous International company, and I'm satisfied now. No one in the company I work for will receive anymore emails from them anymore whenever they send their advertisement. Revenge.
