BritBox is becoming a good source for British TV.
.) The only fault is with the navigation: We watch a series (like Father Brown or QI) and then 6 months later we watch it again. When we do that, the system won't update to the next show. So, when we go to "Continue Watching" and click on, for example, QI, the system loads the same show we just saw. This began when BritBox updated... maybe two years ago. I've learned to deal with it. *** As for finding a show and watching it, it's best if you know the name of the show and search for it. But most comedy shows are in the comedy section, however some are actually in the "Panel Channel" section. That's British for "Game Show"...
.) BritBox is adding more shows all the time. The recently aquired the entire series of Death In Paradise and Father Brown. These were on other sites. But the power of BritBox is the power of the BBC and ITV. (It's a joint operation.)
.) It is just British TV. So, no movies, etc.
.) They are slow in adding some shows. Once the latest episode of a series is aired it can be found on YouTube. But not Britbox. Eventually, the episode apppears on BritBox. Now, if you watch EastEnders or something like that, BritBox does a great job of keeping the "soap-opera" style shows up to date. But for many shows, it takes a while for it to appear on BritBox.
.) I have not tried to contact BritBox since my last review of them. But they were difficult to contact then.
