Really bad customer service for new seller, they don't provide technical support on setting up new account. All their YouTube videos are about how good they are. If a new seller cannot even log in, how can the process get started?

However, Rome wasn’t built in a day and so we continuously improve based on feedback.

Since this review was posted, we have:
1) Updated our mobile cataloging application (MaxSold Seller App)
2) Updated our Auction Catalog review and launch experience
3) Updated the flow of information shared with customers (so that it comes in bite sized chucks)
4) Began beta testing a new ‘Seller Portal’ which gives Sellers a quick overview of where their auction(s) is in the process and how it’s going.
