I applied for Well beyond about two years ago. I received one interview, I arrived the family (husband) of wife interviewed me. I believed interview was going fine until the husband ask me the hours. I told him the hours Wellbeyond staff told me. The husband got furious and said no I told them hours. I tell him its ok I can work the hours you are requesting maybe office got it mixed up. Husband says they are mixed up because they dont listen. Nevertheless after that interview which took about a year to be recognized after my initial sign up to Wellbeyond care. So as another year passed I was still up to date on site, muuhm second year go by NOTHING, NOBODY,... SOo after doing appl, background check you pay for, after two years and not one other family contacted me, I deactivated my account. Months later I start to get emails "jobs in your area, re activate your account. I call tell to explain my situation (story). Lady that answered phone says no I don't want to hear your story. She proceeded on to tell me to reactivate my account. She was a fast talker, verbal aggressive, rude,... So I hung phone up in her face because with all that in mind while she was fast talking me It made me remember to myself what do you expect from this place the lady didn't even answer phone with any type of phone etiquette. Let alone she didn't say her name or company's name... Well I was taught how things start off, is most likely how it will end... bad start off THANKS TO THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WELLBEYOND CARE IS NOT A PLACE WHERE I WANT TO BE "SNOBBISH"
