Hi, I’m here to sound off about the company that said they could solve my tax issues… perhaps maybe they/some can be of help to someone but the firm I employed was no help at all… while a couple of the people in the office was very nice and cordial the overall help was nothing short of horrible. I found out later that anything thing these firms can do for you, you can actually do for yourself there is no magic wound, calling number or special access as many of them claim. Yes outside of keeping you from having to sit of the phone for hours on end, you can actually do this yourself and save the thousands of dollars you will give to the so-call help you would be much better served in simply paying to the IRS (federal government) itself. My so-call local help closed out my file shortly after I paid them in full and wanted more... half of what I paid them in total to see about the issue that was not explained in full just a few short months later, less than three months. Again my advice to you is to sacrifice your time and do this yourself; you’ll feel much better in the end. I did find help but it was a local accountant who shared with me that none of these firms are able to do anything special for anyone. You actually do all of the work anyway since you have to gather all of the information. So no I would not recommend this type of service not only of this one firm but any so call help of this nature.


Hi I ordered the HBS-730 Blue Tooth (similar to the LG Tones) headset, three sets, the only two are working as of this day, none of them sound well at all. Since posting my review on the actual Gearbest site I have been blocked and locked out of the my profile. As I said the sets worked but not well at all, poor sound quality and now one set is totally dead and will not charge at all. I simply and really wished I had purchased the real LG Tones. The customer service I experienced is nothing like what I read online the delivery was really slow however I am in the USA, so the money I shelled out I am willing to simply chalk-up to a learning experience. Hopefully is you purchase anything your experience will be much better.
