Fraud and Scam. They will have you send samples in only to never " receive" and have you send over and over to " stall"... when they finally receive if they ever do they will them say they have to send to a UK lab. Total s c a m

Thank you TY. You'll be pleased to know that as we can't control the post, we cannot stop samples from getting lost, however we have just upgraded our Stateside postal hub, which means that all received samples are sent to the UK for testing faster, and more securely.

This company has a 90 day refund policy, you cant get a refund threw chat they wont answer...
