It was my first time on myus.com with live support. I had to try 2 times to get an agent, where I had to wait more than 30 mins in total within each connection. But once I got connected with Pedde Jeff D. He was very nice to me with providing helpful information as I needed. Thank you very much. I will become a member and will try out their service. Though I am little afraid to use their service as there are several negative reviews from customer who has mentioned of a wrong or missing item while receiving but still I wanna give it a go and see how they do. I had cleared these issue with the support person and he said myus.com never makes fault with sending the wrong item in case if the original seller does then that is different and they will claim a charge if requested. Now, I hope that just everything goes as explained to me. First time and very excited to use them. :)
