I have placed an order on the 21st of February /Order #*******/.
20 days later I got a text by DHL that I have to pay TAX which WAS NOT advertised anywhere on the whole website. I haven't got much of a choice as I needed my things and I have paid the £38 duty taxes and that is when the nightmare began...
I haven't been delivered my order and I have been trying to get my money back ever since the 11th of March 2021.
I have been emailing them, talking to them over the phone and texting them over their live chat service, however I have NEVER been provided with even a close to satisfying reply. All the 50 times I have spoke to them a manager was never available to speak to me even though the last time I was on the webchat for more then 90 minutes - a manager was never available. Customer Service agents aren't helpful or are not being given the option/opportunity to provide customers with good customer service. I have never been provided to an answer as of 'WHEN' your investigation will end, 'WHEN' am I going to get my money back etc...
It has been a whole disaster of an experience. I am highly advising you NOT to shop from them! You won't get your order or your money back!
Today is the 3rd of April 2021 and I am still pushing it to get my money... Wish me luck!
