Received a ring that wasn't as described. The day it came in I opened a return with their support.
It's not automatic. I had to wait until someone could respond and tell me their shipping labels do not have enough insurance and that I would need to send it to a 3rd party's address (shady) and pay for my own shipping, insurance, and if anything happened I would be liable.
They sent me a fake gold ring and then expected me to pay for the return. Ridiculous.
