I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Coggan London.

From the website, they looked like good quality shoes, however, after just one wear (of only a few hours) it showed that they had unsightly creases in them.

I sent them back and kindly asked for a refund or an exchange (which is only fair given the circumstances). I was refused on both accounts.

I was also told that the shoes I returned would be "thrown away" if I didn't respond to their email by the end of the week. HOW RUDE! I've never heard of such abruptness!

The tone and manner in which I was dealt with was extremely inappropriate, and I regret giving Coogan London any of my money.

A disaster experience from start to finish.
