Bought shoes shoes feel like they different sizes. You can see glue and seam. Straps do not get tight.so the company says we'll refund you half. If you want a refund, please consider returning the items to us first, we will refund you after we got the return package, do not worry.

For the order was delivered already, we can do return, but we already paid a lot of money to send you order, so we won't pay again.

If you insist on returning, I suggest you should ask your local post office for the return shipping costs in advance, our warehouse is in Xi'an, China.
