Spent 3 hours for my family to get their exams! They first refused to give an exam to my kids that were 6 and 7, which have eye problems. When threatening to go elsewhere for all 7 of us they changed their mind and agreed to see the children. Never had a problem in previous years. Then they took 2 people ahead of us. 3 hours for 6 exams!
