The product is good, but I had a terrible experience with customer service. I ordered a robe for a birthday gift. When it became apparent that, even with my paying a rush charge, my order wasn't going to arrive on time, I asked if the robe could be sent overnight. The company said yes, and I paid $43 for this service. I called several times to check and was told each time that the robe would arrive by 3pm the promised day. It arrived the following day-after the party. It is important to note here that this is not a shipping company, so I understand that it is not their fault that the shipping was delayed. It was, however, not my fault either. I asked the company for a refund of the overnight portion of the shipping and that is when the downward spiral began. They would not/will not accept any liability for not getting the robe to me on time. They were rude, not helpful and acted like I was being difficult including, but not limited to, them saying that I should be more understanding since they rushed the job (which I paid for). I do not understand why they thought it was good business for the customer to pay for a service, not receive said service, and to then blame the customer for wanting the company to back their promises. If you want a soft robe, there are literally thousands of companies online who provide them. If you want a soft robe on time, and everything works out correctly, then maybe this is the company you want to choose. If you want a company that has door-to-door customer service, I highly suggest you look elsewhere. I can't imagine if you were purchasing robes for a wedding gift or wedding party and they didn't get them to you on time. The charges and headache incurred would surely not be worth buying these specific robes. I have fought with them and I am now giving up. If I were to have to deal with this lunacy during a wedding season, my frustration would be even more than it already is-which is considerable.
