Several years ago when my boys were born, I had an issue with some hats. I posted a review and heard from an actual person who apologized and was super nice and super sorry. This year I've had a few issues. Below are my latest problems. Needless to say I'm done shopping there. In this economy who can afford to alienate customers?
I submitted a review for a swim shirt on their website. I was told it was moderated as not conforming to their T&C's which I read, and which it seems to be fine with. I think they didn't like that it was negative so refused to post it. My exact review is below.
"This is really cute and made well. Unfortunately our daughter wears it under a life jacket and it's too short. It is barely longer than the jacket itself and when she moves it rides up under the life jacket exposing her back. We have another brand In the same size and it's 2" longer. Sadly she won't be able to wear this this summer. She already got burned on her back once from wearing it."
Recently I had another issue with a purchase from Carter's. They had a big screw up with shoes and their response was, send it back and here's 20% off your next purchase. I talked to 3 different reps who all were indifferent to my issue. I'm done with them as a company now. There are too many other people in the market for me to deal with poor customer service.
