From my limited experience they are basically untrustworthy. I called before hand to get a price for a gold coin I wanted to sell (Kruggerand). The person on the phone quoted the price as "being near spot" which is $1410 at the time. Upon going to the store the same person who took my call lied to me several times. He offered me $1310 for the coin and told me they "never pay above spot for any coins". After showing him the site where they quote paying "spot + $10" for a gold Maple Leaf he informed me the Kruggerrand is worth a lot less. A quick look on the net shows the coins to be almost comparable in value (within $10).,

Basically, it's not even worth wasting your time to go there. The site says call for pricing but as he told me both on the phone and in person they don't give pricing over the phone. They seem to want to lure you in with the hope you will take a fair amount less since you made the trip. Nice way of doing business. Check their site and see if you can get a solid quote before heading in. Good luck,
