This review is meant to warn & alert people who may be looking to try woorank.com for their SEO services. Beware of the free trial.
I signed up for the free trial to test the service out. The trial is for 14 days. You have to provide Credit Card information in order to start the trial and cancel before the trial period ends to ensure that you are not billed for a plan. I did not get what I was looking for from the service during the trial period. I cancelled my trail before the 14 day period expired and got confirmation of the cancellation. Couple of days later I was charged $179 for one of their plans.
I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE to any plan and upon checking my login the account status was cancelled.
There I wrote 3 emails to woorank regarding this issue (*******@woorank.com) and there has been no reply to date. I have since launched a complaint with paypal and notified my bank.

We communicated on Facebook and have already issued a refund for your payment. As it states in our Terms of Service, you are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation.
I'm very sorry that you were disappointed with our Trial Period; please note that we sent several emails during and after your trial that went unanswered. I hope we are able to have more streamlined communication if you ever decide to use our services again.
