The ring itself looks amazing, but the service was absolutely dreadful. I ordered my ring on 2/4/21 with expedited shipping and didn't receive it until after 2 months of many communications back and forth between myself and the company. The website stated a wait time of 2-3 weeks. The email chain can be seen in the photos attached. On 3/26 I emailed them demanding a refund of my expedition fees a phone number to directly speak to someone in the company. I sent a second email to the same affect on 3/28 after getting no reply. It was at this point I called my bank to investigate credit card fraud. At the end of that same day, Penfine finally sent me a tracking number so I could see where the ring was. This company is a complete waste of time. You can get way better rings way faster from nearly any other site. I still have not been reimbursed for the expedited shipping. They were extremely dismissive and ignored my questions.
