I have emailed the folks at this particular site esstac.com on numerous occasion and over a 3 month period they haven't returned any of my emails as of yet. There is an individual that your emails tend to go to and his name is Ryan. He never gets back to you. I've attempted to contact a couple others, but they haven't returned any email as well. How do you expect customers to want to do business, you may have existing customers, but what about newer customers that can't reach you. That's not good customer service. I know a guy that owns a one man show business and tried to order some products for me, he made the order and they never sent it and when he tried over a period of time they haven't even tried to reach out to him. Good product, but there are others that I can use in place of theirs.
