I ordered my granddaughter 2 pairs of boots. One pair is on the way (i guess) and the other is still "in transit to Zulilly". Where in the world is Zulilly? I ordered these boots 10/4/17!

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! I didn't want a refund, I wanted the product!
