I ordered an old classic movie on 1/10/11 and was assured it would arrive in 10 business days via USPS first class mail. It is 1/29/11 and it still has not arrived. I have been in contact via email but I have only received two responses... one stating an auto response not to dispute any charges or they will report me to the credit bureau and then a simple let me know if its not there by Wed. 2/2/11. Now I am reading reviews stating I should expect a bootleg or copied dvd and not a new one as I expected to receive, if I receive anything at all. I am requesting a refund or will dispute the charges.
